QR table ordering lets diners scan a QR code on their table, see the menu on their phone, order and pay without waiting for a waiter. With swadhscan, the order goes straight to your kitchen screen and the payment goes straight to your UPI ID.
No. The menu opens in the phone browser after a scan. There is no app, sign-up or login for diners.
No. You pay a flat monthly fee and ₹0 per order. Diners pay by UPI directly to your own UPI ID, so there is no payment gateway fee and no waiting for settlement.
Your staff confirm it. When a diner pays, the bill shows 'Payment started'. It is marked paid only after your staff check the money reached your account, so a screenshot can't fool you.
No. The first order from every table waits for one tap from a waiter, and the table closes after payment. Waiters can also reset a table at any time.
No. Orders show on a kitchen screen that runs on any Android phone or tablet. Keep it plugged in and it rings for every new order.
Yes. Waiters can place an order for any table from their phone, for diners who don't want to scan.
Mark it sold out with one tap and it greys out on every diner phone at once. If someone already has it in their cart, they are told before the order is sent.
English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali and 14 more Indian languages. Each diner, waiter or owner picks their language on their own phone and the screen is translated automatically. You write the menu once, in English.
We type your menu from a photo, print QR stands for every table and train your staff in about 30 minutes. The one-time setup fee of ₹1,499 covers all of it, and it is free on yearly plans.

Not yet. swadhscan is built for restaurants that don't use billing software today. GST bill format and billing software connections are planned.
Yes. Each restaurant's data is kept separate, staff sign in with their Google account, and only the owner can change the UPI ID, staff or settings. Prices and totals are always worked out on our server, never on the diner's phone.
